Older child session: Session 3 - Dealing with Friends and Acquaintances

Calling all adoptees ages 7 years and older!

We are now offering four classes on adoption for the older child. The third session will be Sunday, March 30, 2025 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Kathie Otte's house and will be as follows:

Session 3: Dealing with Friends and Acquaintances

-Using the Wise Up Powerbook, children will be asked how they feel when they get asked about

adoption.

- Through discussion, they will learn about tools they can use in order to respond to others’ questions

and comments about adoption.

Please RSVP by March 27, 2026. If your child has taken the class before, they are welcome to come back again. AFH family members are free, non-members are $5.00 per class.
